These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GardenWise Academy’s website, learning materials, community features, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization as well.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & accounts
Account responsibilities and basic eligibility.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with a parent or legal guardian’s consent and supervision.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, purchasing a course, or contacting support.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Acceptable use
Safety, fairness, and lawful use.
You agree not to misuse the Services. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

- Attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerability of any system.
- Bypassing access controls or scraping private areas.
- Using automated systems in a way that harms performance.
Conduct & content
- Uploading unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliation.
- Posting spam, scams, or malicious links.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access as described below.
4. Purchases & billing
Pricing, charges, cancellations, and refunds.
If you purchase a course, subscription, or other paid feature, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and fees. Prices may change, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Refunds (general rule)
Unless a specific offer states otherwise, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and may be denied if a substantial portion of content has been accessed or downloaded. We may ask for order details to locate your transaction.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
5. Content & intellectual property
Licenses, ownership, and user submissions.
The Services (including course videos, text, worksheets, design, logos, and software) are owned by GardenWise Academy or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions
You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services unless explicitly permitted by law or in writing by us.
If you submit content (comments, posts, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content to operate and improve the Services.
6. Privacy & cookies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GardenWise Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Suspension & termination
Protecting our community and platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services (in whole or in part) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or engaged in unlawful conduct.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations) will survive.

Updates and continued use.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when the latest version took effect. Changes apply from the date posted.
If you continue using the Services after an update, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
